Elliott is a multi-roaster cafe tucked along a bend in the Ohio river in Dayton, Kentucky. Just 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, we’ve had the joy of re-imagining a 100-year-old gas station and mechanic shop as a vibrant, people-centered cafe.

For us, Elliott is the humble offering of a husband, wife, brother, and handful of friends with the simple ambition of sharing delightful coffees in a space that feels distinctly cared for.

This project is our response to the trend of sterile environments and a culture of transactionalism. It’s a heartfelt endeavor aiming to celebrate each ordinary day.
