Rent Our Space
Elliott is a unique venue for everything from graduation parties to baby showers and rehearsal dinners. The garage can host up to 35 guests and it can be easily arranged as a space for a meal or a standing room only event. In the warmer months the outdoor patio opens the property up to up to 75 guests.

Five-hour rental blocks begin at $275.

If you would like to include brewed coffee or full espresso service as a part of your rental, we can happily put together a custom quote.

We respect our location in a residential neighborhood. Therefore, we have implemented the following policies:
All events must end before 9:30PM
We do not allow any speakers or live music on the patio at any time
The garage door stays closed for events with loud music or live performances
We comply with our assigned seating capacity of 35 people and ask that all event hosts respect those numbers as well.
