Founded by Isabelle, Asa, and Elijah Knapp in 2024, Elliott is a multi-roaster cafe a few blocks from the Ohio river in Dayton, Kentucky (just outside Cincinnati). We are delighted serve a lineup of our favorite roasters from around the world alongside local pastries, homemade breakfast sandwiches, and seasonal beverages.
